A Proposal from Thomas

Thomas has an important proposal for you, for those struggling with waste issues.

Before we introduce or recommend our small incinerators, there’s something more important we’d like to discuss.

What does it truly mean to solve a waste problem?

In Japan, many manufacturers offer a variety of small incinerators, promoting them as “smokeless."

You may have used some of these products before.

But are these “smokeless incinerators" really smoke-free?

This claim often leads to confusion among customers.

The truth is, they advertise that there’s no smoke when burning materials like wood or paper—waste that typically produces little smoke even in open burning. But the real concern is, “Will there still be no smoke when burning the waste you need to incinerate, like plastic or old tires?" “Can anyone operate it without producing smoke?"

The reality is, these products don’t always guarantee smoke-free performance where it matters most.

What’s important is ensuring that, no matter who operates it or what is burned, there’s no smoke. Only then can you truly claim it’s safe and secure for waste disposal.

Many manufacturers are focused on selling their products, but they fail to guarantee the most critical aspect: truly smokeless operation. Naturally, providing products and services that ensure this level of quality means the price will be higher. If a low price is your top priority, we may not be the best option for you.

At Thomas, we believe the most important thing is to solve our customers’ waste issues fundamentally, with solutions that are genuinely smokeless, cost-effective, and come with comprehensive after-sales support. Even if waste is reduced, no one will be happy if there’s smoke.

Since our founding 20 years ago, Thomas has continuously listened to customer concerns, and we’ve consistently developed products to solve them. Waste comes in many forms, and each customer has unique needs. Because of this, we’ve developed over 100 different products to tackle various waste challenges.

At Thomas, we take the time to learn about your specific waste type, quantity, and disposal costs. Based on that, we choose the best product from our wide range of options. When delivering the product, we ensure it operates to your satisfaction—both in performance and cost efficiency—by fine-tuning it on-site. This is how we achieve a fundamental solution to your waste problem.

We don’t just deliver cheap products quickly and ignore any issues like smoke. That’s not how we operate.

As Japanese engineers, we take pride in the work we deliver.

Thomas Technical Institute

We’re here to answer your concerns!  “What about this?"

The price seems high

We understand—price is always an important factor when making a big purchase. Incinerators aren’t cheap, but at Thomas, we offer a range of products to fit your needs. Because this isn’t a small investment, we’ll recommend the Chirimeser that best fits both your concerns and your budget.

Maintenance seems far away from Okinawa

Yes, we’re based in Okinawa, so it would take time to visit you directly. But don’t worry! We have trusted Thomas distributors across the country who handle everything from sales to maintenance. Please contact us for information on a distributor in your area.

The lead time seems long

Unfortunately, due to current global circumstances, our lead time is about 150 days from order placement. Of course, our production team is working hard to get your incinerator to you as quickly as possible. It may be longer than some other companies, but by waiting a bit, you’ll receive an incinerator that will serve you perfectly for over 10 years.

I can’t get a bank loan approved

In some cases, bank loans may not be approved. If that happens, how about considering a lease? If your local leasing company can’t offer a lease for incinerators, Thomas provides its own leasing options. Please contact us for more details.

I don’t care about smoke, so another manufacturer will do

It’s true that not worrying about smoke makes the location ideal for an incinerator. However, keep in mind that the smoke density must be below 25%. If smoke appears and someone reports it to the fire department or health authorities, would you still be able to use that expensive incinerator you bought? Some local authorities even use helicopters to check for smoke these days. Ultimately, the choice is yours, considering your budget and needs, but we highly recommend our smokeless incinerators to avoid any potential problems. I know this might sound a bit strict, but it’s something worth considering.
