At the G20 Osaka Summit, Thomas
Technical Institute’s incinerator technology is featured at Japan Foreign
Ministry Exhibit as one of the successful solutions to ocean plastic pollution.
With the pictures of Thomas’s incinerator “Chirimeser” installed in Indonesia,
the exhibit illustrates how it realizes fully-automatic incineration treatment
without smoke by controlling emission of harmful substances.
With leaders from 19 countries and EU attending, G20 Summits focus on a wide
range of global issues, such as climate change, renewal energy, and reduction
of marine plastic waste. They seek to realize an inclusive and sustainable
world by resolving these global issues. Kenji Fukutomi, the president of Thomas
Technical Institute, commented “We are honored to be included in the exhibit
and would like to further promote a safe and efficient solution to waste
management.”
